Payment & process
A clear arrangement—agreed in writing before work begins, with no surprises at launch.
- 01
Agree the scope
We confirm the pages—or the section list for a single-page site—along with the materials and access required. The 30% first payment is due after that scope is agreed.
- 02
Review the direction
You review the visual approach, page structure, and content emphasis, then send one consolidated set of feedback.
- 03
Review the completed website
You review the responsive build before launch and send the second consolidated set of feedback.
- 04
Pay, launch, and hand over
The remaining 70% is due before launch. Vlavera then connects the agreed domain and hands over the production implementation and access named in the agreement.

The practical answers
Know the arrangement before you contact us.
What do I receive?
A responsive restaurant website built around the agreed direction and scope, including domain connection and launch. Production implementation and access named in the project agreement, handed over after full payment.
How long does it take?
The estimated launch window is confirmed after the scope, required materials, and access are ready. Delayed content, feedback, approvals, third-party access, or scope changes may move that window.
What do I need to supply?
You supply your menu, photography, business details, reservation links, required access, and one consolidated set of feedback at each review checkpoint.
What costs extra?
Not included: professional copywriting, photography, translation, online ordering or e-commerce, complex booking integrations, branding or logo design, additional revision rounds, additional pages, or rush delivery. Defect correction covers technical defects only — not free content or design revisions after launch.
Who owns the website?
Your domain and supplied content remain yours. After full payment, Vlavera hands over the production implementation and access named in your project agreement. Internal studio tools, unrelated assets, and repository history are not included unless the signed agreement says so.
What happens after launch?
30 days of correction for delivered functionality that does not work as agreed. Optional light technical care from €29 / month after launch — hosting, security, and small technical upkeep only. Content updates are quoted separately.
