Browsing: our hosting and analytics providers may process technical data such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, pages viewed, and performance timings needed to serve and improve the site.

Inquiries: if you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or submit the contact form at vlavera.com/contact, we receive the content you send (for example your name, email address, restaurant name, city, and any links or files you choose to share) and the metadata of that channel (timestamps, phone number or email address, or the page you submitted the form from). The contact form has no database behind it — your message is delivered directly to our inbox, the same as an email.

Theme store: studio.vlavera.com lists the themes we sell. It has no forms and sets no cookies. It counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, described under Product analytics below, and runs no advertising scripts. When a theme is on sale, buying it takes you to the checkout on vlavera.com, described below.

Demo sites: some themes have a demonstration site at their own address under vlavera.com, for example zafaran.vlavera.com. Each one shows a fictional business. They set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts, and nothing you enter on them is sent to us or to anyone else. Where a demo lets you put together an order, the order is kept in your own browser and goes nowhere: nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, and no payment is taken. As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in order to serve the pages.

We do not operate an account system on vlavera.com. Website Launch engagements are invoiced manually outside this website. Where a Vlavera digital product is offered for sale, the purchase is completed through Paddle, our merchant of record, and we receive the order record rather than your card details.

GitHub access: at checkout you enter a GitHub username. We look up its numeric account id and pass both to Paddle with your order, to give you access to the product repository and to remove it after a refund or chargeback. We give your username to GitHub, which hosts the repository, to add you as a collaborator; your use of GitHub, and what GitHub does with your account, is governed by GitHub's own terms and privacy statement, not ours. If you enter a username but do not complete a purchase, we do not store it — it can still appear in Vercel's platform request logs, kept for that platform's log retention, because the check is a web request.

Hosting and delivery: Vercel hosts this website and studio.vlavera.com, and may process request logs and related infrastructure data for both.

Product analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. On studio.vlavera.com we use Vercel Web Analytics only, to count page views; it sets no cookies and sends no custom events. Custom events on this site measure inquiry-funnel steps (for example portfolio views, plan-section views, and CTA clicks) using controlled properties such as page type, placement, and demo name. We do not send WhatsApp message text, email addresses, phone numbers, or menu URLs in those events.

Advertising measurement (optional): if you accept marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) so we can measure ad performance for campaigns that send people to vlavera.com. The Pixel may set cookies and receive standard technical data (for example page URL, browser type, and approximate location). We fire PageView and Contact (WhatsApp click) events without attaching your name, phone number, email address, or WhatsApp message text. If you decline, the Pixel is not loaded.

WhatsApp: opening a WhatsApp link uses WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under Meta’s terms and privacy policy. We only see what you send to the studio number.

Purchases: where a Vlavera digital product is purchased, Paddle, our merchant-of-record provider, processes payment, tax, fraud-prevention and checkout information under its own privacy notice. We receive the order and billing-contact information needed to deliver the product, provide support and meet accounting obligations. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

GitHub: we give the GitHub username you provide at checkout to GitHub, Inc., to add you as a collaborator on the product repository. Your use of GitHub is governed by GitHub's own terms and privacy statement.

Email: messages to our public mailbox are processed by our email provider.

Essential hosting and first-party analytics (Vercel) may use similar technologies as described by Vercel to operate and improve the site.

Marketing cookies: the Meta Pixel loads only after you choose Accept on our marketing-cookie banner. Decline stores that choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again on every visit, and keeps the Pixel unloaded. You can change your choice with the control below.

We use inquiry data to reply to you, assess fit, and — if you become a client — to deliver and support your project. We use technical and analytics data to operate, secure, and improve the website, including aggregate funnel measurement via the custom events described above.

Where EU/EEA or UK privacy law applies to a visitor, we typically rely on legitimate interests for site security and aggregate first-party analytics (including custom funnel events that contain no message content), on consent for optional Meta advertising measurement, and on steps prior to a contract (or your request) for answering inquiries.

Purchases: we use order and billing-contact data to deliver the product you bought, administer the licence and support relationship, prevent and resolve transaction problems, and meet accounting, tax, and other legal duties. Where EU/EEA or UK law applies, we rely on performance of a contract — and on steps you request before a contract — for purchase, delivery, and support, and on compliance with legal obligations for accounting and tax records; we rely on legitimate interests only where they genuinely apply, such as fraud prevention, security, and administering support.

Order and billing records are kept only as long as we need them for delivery, support, and disputes, and for as long as accounting, tax, and other legal retention duties require, after which they are deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived under ordinary business retention. Server logs, page-view analytics, and custom event aggregates follow the retention settings of Vercel Analytics (currently on the order of one year for event data, subject to provider policy). Meta retains advertising measurement data under Meta’s policies for the period configured in our Meta Events Manager.

Our operators and providers may process data in Armenia, the European Union, the United States, or other countries where those providers run infrastructure. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing — including withdrawing marketing-cookie consent. Contact hello@vlavera.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you live or work.

We may update this notice. The effective and last-updated date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this URL.
