Service terms
Effective 20 August 2026 · Last updated 20 August 2026
These terms summarise how Vlavera engagements work when offered by ASADI LABS LLC. A signed proposal or invoice may add project-specific detail; if it conflicts with this page on a named point, the signed document controls for that engagement.
Operator
Vlavera is a studio brand of ASADI LABS LLC, established in the Republic of Armenia (Yerevan, Shengavit, G. Nzhdeh St., Building 8, Apt 40, 0006, Armenia). Contact: hello@vlavera.com.
Public offers
Website Launch is a one-time design, build, launch, and agreed handover engagement for €999. It uses a 30% first payment after scope is agreed, with the remaining 70% due before launch and handover. Optional light technical care starts from €29 per month after launch and covers hosting, security, and small technical upkeep only; content updates are quoted separately.
Digital Partner is a fully managed subscription. It has no setup fee and billing begins only when the approved website launches. The public price is €149 per month on a 12-month initial commitment, or €1,490 paid annually.
Hosted Foundation and older setup-tier packages are not public offers. Private proposals may use different structures.
Domain, content, implementation, and source code
Your domain registration remains yours when registered in your name or transferred to you. Content you supply (text, photography, logos you own) remains yours.
Website Launch: after full payment, Vlavera hands over the production implementation and access named in the project agreement. Internal studio tools, unrelated assets, and repository history are not included unless the signed agreement says so.
Digital Partner: while subscribed, Vlavera builds, hosts, and maintains the site under a managed arrangement. Your photos and content remain yours. After the initial term, if you cancel, the website goes offline at the end of the paid period, and your domain is transferred to you to keep.
We do not claim ownership of your trademarks or your supplied content.
Scope and exclusions
Website Launch includes one website direction, up to five core pages, and two consolidated review checkpoints: direction and structure, then the completed website. A single-page project uses the section list named in the proposal. Standard menu, reservation, contact, social, and location paths are included; custom ordering, payment, booking, or complex third-party integrations are not.
Website Launch technical SEO foundations cover page titles and descriptions, canonical URL handling, sitemap and robots directives, and appropriate structured data. They do not include paid advertising, link-building, or an ongoing SEO content campaign.
Website Launch includes 30 days of correction for delivered functionality that does not work as agreed. That period does not include free content changes, design revisions, additional pages, or new functionality.
Digital Partner uses the same two consolidated pre-launch review checkpoints. Other included work and exclusions for both offers are stated on the homepage Partnership section and in any signed proposal.
Materials, feedback, and timing
You supply your menu, photography, business details, reservation links, required access, and one consolidated set of feedback at each review checkpoint.
The estimated launch window is confirmed after the scope, required materials, and access are ready. Delayed content, feedback, approvals, third-party access, or scope changes may move that window.
Additional review rounds, additional pages, rush delivery, or work outside the agreed scope require a written quote or change to the project agreement.
Payment
Payment is arranged manually by invoice or transfer. There is no self-serve checkout on this website.
Digital Partner: see and approve the website before paying; billing begins at approved launch.
Website Launch: 30% to begin after the scope is agreed; the remaining 70% is due before launch and handover.
Cancellation
Digital Partner begins with a 12-month commitment. After that term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-paid period under the managed-license model above.
Website Launch cancellation before completion is handled in the project agreement and depends on work already performed; unused prepaid amounts may be credited or refunded only as that agreement states.
We do not publish a separate fixed buyout fee on this site. Any optional buyout or extra handover beyond the stated Website Launch delivery must be agreed in writing.
Demonstration websites
Pages under /work are fictional studio demonstrations. Names, menus, reviews, maps, and contact details on those pages are illustrative unless clearly labelled otherwise. They are not live client sites and must not be treated as real business listings.
Limitation
Any limit on liability, warranties, or remedies for a paid engagement is stated only in the signed proposal, statement of work, or invoice for that engagement. This page does not invent a separate liability cap.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Armenian or other applicable mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
