Ember Purchase Terms
Version 1 · published 4 October 2026
These terms apply to purchases of Ember.
1. Who sells Ember
Ember is made and licensed by Vlavera, the studio brand of ASADI LABS LLC («ԱՍԱԴԻ ԼԱԲՍ» ՍՊԸ), registered at Yerevan, Shengavit, G. Nzhdeh St., Building 8, Apt 40, 0006, Armenia.
Your purchase is completed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle is an authorised reseller of Vlavera's products: you buy from Paddle under its buyer terms, and Ember itself is licensed to you by Vlavera under the Vlavera Professional License v2 — Ember.
2. What you buy and what it costs
- Ember Professional License — USD $99, one payment, unlimited projects, future updates included.
$99is the total you pay. Any sales tax or VAT due on your purchase is included in that amount and shown at checkout.- This is a one-time source-code license, not a subscription.
- You receive access to the Ember repository, its buyer documentation, and the Professional License.
3. Before you pay
A GitHub account is required, and you enter its username at checkout. The Professional License and these Purchase Terms are linked on the product page and at checkout. Read the license before buying: it sets out what you may do with the source, what you may hand to your clients, and what you may not do with it.
4. Delivery
Payment is taken by Paddle through the checkout on vlavera.com. After payment we add your GitHub account to the private Ember repository automatically, and GitHub sends you an invitation to accept. Invitations expire after 7 days; if yours does, email hello@vlavera.com and we resend it. The license file is in the repository.
5. Support
- 14 calendar days from the order date, by email at hello@vlavera.com.
- It covers installation and deployment to Vercel through its Git integration, as documented in the package's
DEPLOY.md. - There is no response-time promise.
- The Vercel CLI steps in that file and other hosting environments are untested with this release, so questions about them fall outside support.
6. Updates
- Your purchase includes every future release published to the Ember repository, including major versions and redesigns. Vlavera publishes releases when it chooses and has no obligation to publish any.
- If the Ember repository is retired, we email you 30 days' notice, and you keep every release already published.
- If your GitHub account is suspended or deleted, email
hello@vlavera.comfrom your order's address and we invite a new account.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds for Ember are handled by Paddle, the merchant of record, under Paddle's refund policy, which applies to your purchase. Read it before you buy: Paddle's refund policy.
For a technical or product problem, email hello@vlavera.com first: Paddle also asks buyers to contact the supplier before requesting a refund.
Your card issuer's chargeback rights are unaffected.
A refunded or successfully charged-back order no longer carries a valid Ember license, and your access to the Ember repository is removed. If the payment is restored, the license and access may be restored.
Where applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal from this purchase, that right ends once you accept the GitHub invitation to the Ember repository — the moment the source is supplied to you. If you never accept the invitation, the right is unaffected.
8. Tax
Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT due on your purchase as merchant of record, and shows it at checkout and on your receipt. That tax is included in the $99 total rather than added to it. ASADI LABS LLC's own taxes are not your concern as a buyer.
If you are a business registered for sales tax in your country, Paddle's buyer terms let you ask Paddle for a refund of the tax amount within 60 days of your purchase, with a valid tax code.
9. Your consumer rights
Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not affected by these terms.
10. Questions
Email hello@vlavera.com for anything about the product, the license, support, or a defect. For payment, invoice, tax, or refund-processing questions about the transaction itself, contact Paddle as merchant of record through its buyer support site.
